Yes! It’s easy to export your content and take it with you.
If you want an export of your content just contact us we’ll send you an export file with your content. Content exports are in XML format, which is the most commonly used website content format.
Free website design comes with all new websites, but some businesses want a custom website design that compliments their branding while still taking advantage of our services.
For these customers we have recommended developers who meet our high quality standards. We take website security and performance seriously, so we have to be careful about the quality of code we allow on our servers. Our recommended developers are pre-screened and meet these high standards. We do not accept compensation of any kind for referrals to these developers.

Yes. International business can use Just Add Content. In fact, quite a few of our current customers are international. Currently, our user interface, documentation, and help videos are only available in English.

Yes. You can add new pages and posts to your website whenever you like. There is no limit to how many pages or posts you can have.

There are two website management options:
- Client control: Your client is the primary account owner and grants you administrator access to manage the website.
- Consultant control: You are the primary account owner and choose what level of access to give customers for their website. All of your client websites belong to your account and can easily be transferred to the client or to another consultant.

If you need your content transferred from your old website to your new one just ask us and we can help you out.
We don’t charge to help with this, but this offer is only available to paying customers, not to customers on a free trial. If you’re on a free trial and want your content transferred just activate a subscription on your Account page then contact us to start the process.
Nope. We provide fully managed, premium website hosting as part of our services. It’s included with every plan. We do all technical maintenance, upgrades, security, etc. for you so you can focus on your business.

We’ll move the content you have on your old website to your new website. This includes your company pages, articles, and images. We’ll make a reasonable effort to match the structure of your previous website, and we’ll work together to get it right.

In most cases we move content for free for paying customers. We may charge for the large sites since they can take significantly longer to move, but this is rare.
Cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
